Abstract
Cronkhite-Canada syndrome is nonfamilial polyposis characterized by diarrhea, alopecia, nail changes and other complications of malnutrition. Polyps are observed from the stomach to the rectum, and considered as hamartomas similar to the juvenile
type
polyp. Intensive nutritional support is the mainstay of treatment while antibiotics or corticosteroid can be tried.
Recently, we experienced a case of 57-year-old man who had chronic diarrhea, alopecia and nail changes. so we report this case with a review of literatures.
